Xero Certification and other Training

This is a foundational requirement of the program.

All participants are required to complete the following Xero training courses as part of the program.

These courses cover the core systems you will be using every day in practice. They are essential for your technical competence, your confidence, and your ability to work efficiently and independently.

This is self-directed learning.
You are expected to complete the training in your own time and ensure you understand the material before working on real client files.

If you get stuck, use the resources provided in this Knowledge Base, refer back to the course content, and ask your peers on the WhatsApp community.

Learning how to find answers and solve problems independently is a core part of becoming a competent tax or BAS agent.
