How much should I charge for my Services?
The grand old question: How much should I charge my client?
In the early days, it’s hard to charge what you think you're worth. The unknown is scary, and having the confidence to ask for a decent price can feel impossible.
When I started my first firm, I was making good money on paper, but I wasn’t charging my worth. That meant I was always on. I worked mornings, evenings, weekends… even on holidays.
I couldn’t afford to hire a team because I didn’t have the margin to cover them. I was paying myself and the business expenses, and that was it.
So, what happened? I ended up taking a job that paid about the same as my revenue, but I also got super, leave, and the ability to actually switch off at 5pm and take a proper holiday.
