The Chatbot is the real game-changer. Instead of digging through articles or waiting for a reply, you can just ask your question, and it’ll pull the answer straight from our knowledge base.
I get a lot of questions about pricing, so let’s talk about the Iron Triangle. It’s an old rule in business that applies to nearly everything, including pricing.
You can only pick two out of three:
Low cost
Fast turnaround
High quality work
Here’s how it plays out:
If it’s low cost and high quality, it won’t be fast.
If it’s fast and low cost, it won’t be high quality.
If it’s fast and high quality, it won’t be low cost.
In the early days, sure, you can try to do all three. But as your business grows, so do your constraints. Eventually, you’re forced to make a decision:
Do you want it done properly, quickly, or cheaply? Because you don’t get all three.
